在HPCA(IEEE International Symposium on High-Performance Computer Architecture) 、TC( IEEE Transactions on Computers)、TPDS（ IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems）、DATE（Design, Automation & Test in Europe Conference）、ICS（International Conference on Supercomputing）、TDSC(Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing)、TIFS(Transactions on Information Forensics&Security)、S&P（IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy)、CCS(ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security)、TVCG（IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics）、AAAI（Conference on Artificial Intelligence)等国际高水平学术期刊或会议发表论文100余篇，在高等教育出版社、机械工业出版社、清华大学出版社、浙大出版社等出版国家级规划教材或重点教材10多部，获得国家发明专利授权30多项，获得软件著作权20多项。

2007年获得浙江省科技进步一等奖，2013年获得宝钢优秀教师奖，2014年获得浙江省科技进步二等奖，2016年获得浙江省教学成果一等奖，2018年获得国家级教学成果二等奖，2020年获得国家级教学成果二等奖，2020年获得浙江大学永平教学贡献奖，2020年入选浙江省教学名师，2021年获得浙江省科技进步奖，2022年获得浙江省教学成果一等奖，2023年获得国家级教学成果二等奖，2023年联合国教科文组织首届高等教育数字化先锋案例奖。
