浙江大学信息技术中心主任、曾任计算机科学与技术学院副院长,教授,博士生导师。
IEEE/ACM会员,ACM SIGCSE副主席,中国计算机学会CCF高级会员,浙江省新世纪151人才培养工程第二层次培养人员,浙江省计算机教育研究会常务理事,浙江省信息安全行业协会副秘书长,浙江省信息安全产业技术创新战略联盟常委理事,担任多个学术期刊审稿专家以及国际会议程序委员会委员。在TOC(IEEE Transactions on Computers)、TVCG(IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics)、TPDS( IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、DATE(Design, Automation & Test in Europe Conference)、ICS(International Conference on Supercomputing)等国际高水平学术期刊或会议发表论文近100篇,在高等教育出版社、机械工业出版社、清华大学出版社、浙大出版社等出版国家级规划教材或重点教材10多部,获得国家发明专利授权20多项,获得软件著作权20多项。2007年获得浙江省科技进步一等奖,2013年获得宝钢优秀教师奖,2014年获得浙江省科技进步二等奖。2016年获得浙江省教学成果一等奖。
担任《嵌入式系统》、《操作系统》、《计算机组成》、《计算机体系结构》、《高级计算机体系结构》、《软件工程》、《SoC综合设计》等面向本科生、研究生和博士生的课程主讲老师,课程质量综合评价100%优良。承担国家级省部级教学改革项目10多项,出版“十一五”及“十二五”国家级规划教材或重点教材10多部,是国家精品资源共享课程负责人。2013获宝钢优秀教师奖。2016年获得浙江省教学成果一等奖。

作为负责人承担国家级科技项目20多项。承担省部级科技项目及企业重大横向项目几十项。(1)面向移动智能终端安全,研究基于Linux的操作系统安全性分析和设计以及基于Android体系架构安全和设计技术,还研究基于Android系统应用程序缺陷检测与预防等相关技术;(2)面向嵌入式系统,研究了构件化的精确控制实时微内核技术,其部分关键技术应用于各类智能移动终端、智能仪器仪表等嵌入式产品;(3)面向多核体系,研究了基于FPGA的核间通信、高速互联、可靠容错、支持多体系应用程序的异构虚拟化系统等技术;(4)面向云计算、移动互联网等新兴计算领域,研究了轻量型虚拟监控器、分布式聚合虚拟化技术、大规模虚拟化环境下的资源调度和计算存储传输等各方面的性能优化技术、云环境下的虚拟桌面技术、容器技术、DOCK技术等,构建云计算基础设施平台。
